Principal
The firm is headed by its founder and principal, Babatunde A.M. Fashanu, S.A.N., a Lagosian who is an alumnus of the University of Lagos LL.B (1979), was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1980 (B.L.) and bagged his Masters in law at the University of London’s Queen Mary College in 1982 (LL.M). He took silk in 2002 when he was sworn-in as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria. He worked briefly as State Counsel but worked with major solicitors firm, Lateef Adegbite & Co., and a leading advocates firm, Chambers of H.A. Lardner, SAN for years rising to deputy head of that Chambers before setting-up his own law firm in 1989. Numerous lawyers have passed through this Chambers and are now on the bench or own their own Chambers or are associates of law firms or partnerships. Mr. Fashanu is a full-fledged member of the Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria, the Nigerian Bar Association (N.B.A.) and the International Bar Association (I.B.A.).
He is an alumnus of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife (2011) and the Nigerian Law School (2012). He is driven by a desire to attain excellence. His analytical and problem solving skills distinguish him. He is committed to success and has held leadership positions over the years. His practice areas of interest include alternative Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Real Estate and Conveyancing. He currently represents individuals, Communities and Corporate bodies in high profile civil and commercial litigations and negotiations in disputes arising from Contracts, real estate and administration of Estates. He speaks English, Yoruba, Igbo and Urhobo languages. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
A versatile graduate of the premier University of Ibadan (2016), was called to the bar in 2017. His core specialties are Litigation, Corporate Law practice and Real Estate. He possesses enviable advocacy, legal drafting and Negotiation skills. He is a humanity-driven mind and this makes him currently the Legal Adviser of Busaosowo Foundation, a non-profit organization established for Youth empowerment and National development. As a recipient of several writing and public speaking awards, he sees law as a tool for social transformation.
A graduate of Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State who was called to the bar in 2018. His specialisation is in Corporate Law, Criminal Litigation, Ethics and Property Law and Practice. He is a Legal Practitioner with great IT skills, effective interpersonal skills, team player with ability to execute projects using human and material resources to achieve excellence in set goals.
